Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We work to keep shipping as affordable as possible.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100(U.S. only).
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Damaged Items
Because some items (especially candles and pottery vessels) are fragile, please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos so we can make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
