Faith-Based Life Coaching

At Buried to Redeemed, I offer faith-based life coaching to help individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult and deeply personal transitions. My coaching is rooted in Christian values, biblical wisdom, and lived experience—with the belief that God can redeem every story, because He redeemed mine.

For $50 per 45-minute session, I provide spiritual, emotional, and practical support in areas such as:

• Transitioning from Christian to Catholic faith

• Navigating an unexpected pregnancy

• Finding healing and comfort after an abortion you regret

• Birth parent support for those who have chosen adoption or are considering it

• Business coaching and entrepreneurship transitions

• Relationship challenges, communication struggles, and friendship issues

• Job transitions and career changes

• College application support

• Budget coaching and financial transitions

• Learning to cope with ADHD, from someone who lives with ADHD and understands

• Providing faithful friend-style support when you feel alone, overwhelmed, or without a strong support system

My coaching is shaped by my own journey. I grew up in poverty, surrounded by addiction, homelessness, instability, lack of support, and mental health challenges all around me. I became pregnant at 15, chose life and adoption, became the first in my family to graduate college, earned a six-figure income, and eventually left corporate life to follow God’s call to build a faith-based business.

I know how it feels to carry heavy burdens with no one to help lighten the load. Through God’s grace, I overcame every obstacle—and now I walk beside others who need encouragement, hope, and guidance from someone who truly understands their struggles.

This coaching is for anyone seeking biblical guidance, Christ-centered support, compassionate accountability, and practical steps forward during life’s most vulnerable seasons.

1. A contract will need to be signed prior to the session in order to proceed with a session. A contract will be emailed to you prior to your appointment after paying for the session.

2. My coaching services are not therapy, not counseling, and not medical or mental-health treatment.

3. I do not diagnose conditions, and I do not accept insurance.

4. All sessions need to be cancelled before 24 hours prior to the appointment for a refund.

5. Results are not guaranteed.

6. No shows are not eligible for refund.
